I sort of wonder why Petra was drowning in the river,did someone throw her in or did she just fall into it? Or did I just miss the answer? I also predict that Petra will also use her telepathic abilities again in the future. I also predict that Axel killed Allen, just because it would make sense and it's worded as if he isn't a suspect.

Good question either she is very clumsy or she is just bad at swimming. I agree with your predictions. I would try and add more detail.
